Ans: Continuous Comprehensive Evaluation (CCE) includes both Formative Assessment Tests (FA’s) and Summative Assessments to evaluate the all round development students as per the directions of CBSE. Every student is assessed through 4 Formative Assessments 2 Summative Assessments annually.

Ans: As per CCE pattern, a student must get minimum D-grade in all scholastic and co- scholastic subjects ( 35- 40% score) to be promoted to the next class.
Q 8. What are the subjects offered by your school for students ?
Ans: From Nursery to class II we follow XSEED curriculum, a proven and research based academic program for schools that builds thinking skills & problem solving confidence in children. XSEED children ask more questions, can write in their own words, like doing word problems in mathematics, can complete their homework on their own, are not afraid to speak-up in English, persist longer in solving problems, and score well on tests, prescribed by etc. From class III our students learn English, Kannada, Mathematics, General Science, and Social Studies along with a third language of Urdu or Hindi. They also learn other subject like General aptitude, Art & craft, information technology etc.
Q 9. Can your students appear in the competitive exams and other tests conducted by government of Karnataka ?
Ans: Yes, students from our school can participate in the Navodaya Entrance test, sports competitions conducted by Karnataka state government and sports ministry along with all competitions conducted by CBSE.

Ans: a minimum age required for a child to get admission in Nursery is 2 years on 1st June of the year successive increase of age in other classes.

Ans: For children seeking admission from Nursery to class I should have the following documents.
• Original Birth certificate issued by Gram panchayat / Municipality /corporation.
• 2 passport size photographs of the child and 1 photograph of the parent
• Address proof like Adhaar card / Voter ID of the parent.
• Caste certificate in case of reserved categories like SC/ST/ CATEGORY 1/OBC etc. For child seeking admission from class II to VIII can be from any board approved by CBSE. They should have:
• Original TC issued by the previous school in which the student studied.
• Copy of mark list/ Progress card of the previous class.• Tow photograph of students & 1 photograph of parent.• Address proof like Adhaar card / Voter ID of the parent.
• Caste certificate in case of reserved categories like SC/ST/ CATEGORY 1 /OBC etc.
IX and X class admission are considered only in transfer cases from other CBSE approved schools.
Note: in case of interstate transfers from other education boards, counter sign of the inspecting authority of the respective district. (DEO) should be obtained on the original TC.
Q 12. How to apply for TC ?
Ans: any student who wish to continue study in another school or completed the course of study in our school can apply for a TC in the prescribed form along with other necessary documents. Usually TC will be issued only after clearing all outstanding dues and after three days of accepting the application
Q 13. When should we pay our school fee ?
Ans: The fess will be paid in three installments. The first term fee should be collected before 15th of June and second term fee should be paid on or before 30th of September and the third term fee should be paid on or before 15th January of every year.
