General behaviour of a student in the campus

DO’S

  • All students are expected to come to school in a neat and clean uniform.
  • The medium of instruction is English. Therefore the students and parents should try to communicate in English.
  • Students must be polite and courteous to the friendly and kind with their classmates.
  • It is the duty of every pupil to keep class and school premises absolutely neat and clean ISS rooms.
  • Students themselves are responsible for the custody of their books, and other belongings.
  • It is compulsory for all students to avoid rice in their lunch boxes.
  • All students are expected to participate in all extracurricular activities.

DON’T’S

  • Carrying mobile phones, electronic gadgets and gold ornaments or jewellery is prohibited.
  • Habitual late coming and negligence in class.
  • Use of abusive language, quarrelsome and riotous behaviour.
  • Insubordination and defiance of lawful order.
  • Disrespectful behaviour, rumour mongering and character assassination.
  • Making false accusations and assault eighter provoked or otherwise.
  • Use of chewing gum or narcotics on the school premises.
  • Mutilation of school records.
  • Indulging in or encouraging any form of malpractice connected with the examination or other school activities.
  • Obstructing class fellows or other members from lawful duties and indulging in any sort of agitation to coerce or embarrass the school authorities.
  • Coming to school by self-driven vehicles (bicycle is allowed after seeking prior written permission from the Principal).
  • Bullying of junior students by senior students.

Punctuality and Cleanliness

  • Pupils must attend school punctually.
  • Nails should be neatly clipped, and for boys’ hair should be properly cut (No fancy hairstyle). For long hair girls two ponytails/ plaits only.
  • The Uniform should be washed and pressed regularly.
  • In case a child is late or is not in proper uniform, the child must submit a letter of explanation addressed to the Principal / Class Teacher

Withdrawal

  • A written application for the withdrawal should be submitted in the office after clearing all dues, one week before if the parent intends to withdraw his/her child from school.
  • If a parent wishes to withdraw his/her child during the session then they should clear the term fee of the relevant term.

Transport Facility

  • Students can make avail of school buses or auto rickshaws authorized by the school which run on prescribed routes by the school for transportation.
  • This facility is extended to the parents at their own risk and responsibility.
