Rules & Regulations

RECOMMENDATION TO PARENTS

Parents are required to inform the school if there is any change in their address and telephone numbers through e-mail or hard copy as an application to the counselors.

Any communication made by the parent/guardian should be addressed to the Principal. The address and phone number of the parents should be clearly mentioned in the application. The details of the student (Name, Class, Section) should also be furnished.

The Name, Class, and Section of the pupil should be clearly marked on all the belongings of the student.

Children will not be allowed to go home during school hours or after writing the test on a test day. Parents are advised not to make any social engagements or medical appointments during working hours. To ensure better discipline, parents are recommended not to send their children to
school on the day they have any such appointments.

To get the best from the school for their ward, parents are requested to cooperate with the school by paying attention to their regularity, punctuality, and discipline, and to take interest in their ward’s work.

Parents are advised to check the Diary / WhatsApp class group and the school bag regularly.

If a child is sick, parents are advised not to send the child to school and submit a medical certificate with an application later.

If any child comes late to school, they must take permission from the admin before entering the class.

The Facebook page of the school is updated with various activities of the school from time to time. Do visit them frequently.

Parents are requested to use diary notes / their registered email IDs to communicate with school staff. Please use only the official ID of the school staff for communicating.

School Rules

Rules and regulations are necessary as they maintain a conducive environment for learning. Keeping school rules and regulations helps to develop self-discipline and a sense of responsibility which are essential qualities for success in life.

Attendance & Punctuality

On Regular Days (Mon-Friday)

Pre-Primary (Nursery to UKG): 09:30 am to 02:30 pm

Classes 1 to 10: 09.30 am to 04.05 pm

On Saturday (Half-day)

Pre-Primary (Nursery to UKG): 09:00 am to 12:00 pm

Classes 1 to 10: 09:00 am to 01:00 pm

Note:

  • Students will not be permitted to go home for lunch. Each student must bring his/her lunch box and water bottle along with him/her.
  • Interval time/lunch breaks of the school may be changed as per the decision of the School authority.
  • During Ramadan Month the school timing will be from 8:30 am to 1:00 pm for Nursery to VIII &8:30 am to 2:30 pm for IX & X.
  • No leave of absence will be granted except to those with prior written application from their parents or guardians with a signature for a genuine reason. Regular attendance is compulsory. In case of absence, a leave application should be submitted the next day.
  • Leave a page in the diary to be used and signed by parents.
  • Absence without leave for one continuous month will lead to the removal of the student from the school.
  • The student should complete the work for the days lost during absence with or without leave.

Note:

  • The Principal’s or President’s Written Permission is Required for the following:To arrange a meeting/party at school.
  • To leave the school premises during working hours.
  • For any student to join a sports meet or to play in any tournament outside the school.
  • To have private tuition from any teacher of the school.
