Parent’s Corner

  • Parents are welcome to meet the Principal on all working days duringb11am to 12 noon & 3 pm to 4 pm to discuss academic matters if any.
  • Parents and guardians who come with any complaint may meet the Principal, but not the teachers directly.
  • Parents are expected to cooperate with respect to regularity and discipline. They should help children with their homework, daily assignments, and other activities regularly.
  • Parents Should discourage children for not wearing gold ornaments or any other costly items while coming to school. (If any loss the school will not be responsible)

Parent’s Role

  • Parents must ensure that their wards carry the school diary regularly to school.
  • The particulars of their ward in the first two pages should be filled in completely in the school diary.
  • Parents should read and sign whenever a note is sent by the class teacher or subject teacher. They can also communicate with the teacher through this diary. (Special pages for the above purpose are provided to be made use of as and when needed).
  • Parents should ensure that their wards bring the books/notebooks as per the timetable every day.

Parent-teacher Meeting (PTM)

  • Parent Teacher meeting is an important event in the school curriculum.
  • The purpose of the PTM is for a close between parents and teachers with regard to the progress shown by their wards and to find a solution to the problems coming in the development of their wards.
  • The school also conducts special parent-teacher meetings for classes KG to X.
  • It is mandatory for all parents to attend the PTM I. In case of an extreme situation where the parent cannot attend, written information should be sent.
  • If the child is not making the desired progress, parents are welcome to contact the Principal, Vice Principal, Class Teacher, or the concerned subject teacher to discuss remedial measures to be taken. Such a meeting however will be arranged on appointments made through the office of the principal. A parent should not contact the teachers in their classroom directly.

Note: Under any circumstances, parents should no criticize any teacher in the presence of his/her Ware as it adversely affects the overall development of the child to the great extent and damages his. learning process. The child may develop an attitude, get demotivated, and might not score a lack of respect for elders.
